Secret One: You will have to decide to create a better life and decide specifically what you want to change. You will have to make a real decision. Not something that is halfhearted but first write down "I want a better blank" and define how you want it to be. No one ever accomplished much of anything without first making it a goal. Now tell yourself that you are done with that problem and that you will do what it takes to finish it. The big secret is simple; you will have to work at solving it to handle it.
